Unleavened / [uhn-LEHV-uhnd]:
Baked goods (breads, cakes, etc.) that contain no leavener, such as baking powder, baking soda or yeast. Among the most popular unleavened breads are lavosh and matzoh.
Unmold / [uhn-mohld]: To remove food from its container, usually a decorative mold. Gelatin and fatty dishes can be unmolded by setting briefly in hot water, then reversing over the serving dish.
